Good On Ya

GoodOnYa is a local company founded in 2001 by San Diego Olympian Kris Fillat. Born and raised in Tierrasanta she came back home after competing on the National Team for 12 years.

She opened her first deli in Kearny Mesa. The company has grown to 4 locations focusing on customer service and great healthy food. Her passion to make food that is good for you taste good has kept her in business and growing around the San Diego Community.

GoodOnYa offers Organic bread and tortillas, local produce and one of the most natural lines of deli meat on the market. They also have a full espresso bar which serves nothing but Organic and/or Fair Trade Certified coffee. Kris thinks "globally and acts locally". Most of her ingredients and supplies come from other local San Diego businesses.

GoodOnYa can cater any event and specializes in business meetings.

An exciting new product from GoodOnYa is "the GoodOnYa bar". This is an Organic, vegan nutrition bar packed with fiber. And if you think for one minute that it doesn't taste really good, you aren't getting the GoodOnYa message! She has 3 flavors that are scheduled to go into Wholefoods in La Jolla and People's Co-op in Ocean Beach. These bars are low in sugar, high in nutrients and enzymes and taste like a cookie. Completely natural and made by hand in one of her Kearny Mesa locations.They are even packed in a bag made from sustainable wood instead of plastic. They are available now in her stores or online.
