We have been providing instruction in mixed martial arts for self-defense in San Diego as well as the communities of Solana Beach, Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Mira Mesa since 1990. We are an academy of personal development committed to Strengthening mind and body. We offer Krav Maga, Martial Arts, Fitness training classes and FAST Defense seminars which offer personal protection, self defense and martial arts training to corporations, adults and children. Krav Maga ("contact combat") is the official defensive tactics system of the Israeli Defense Forces. It is considered to be one of the most practical systems of self defense in the world emphasizing defenses against real attacks. Krav Maga is simple, aggressive and easy to learn making it the fastest growing form of self defense in the United States. Krav Maga's Force Training Division trains over 400 Law Enforcement agencies nationwide. Unlike most martial arts that are formal, ritual-oriented, and difficult to learn, Krav Maga is based on instinctual fight or flight movements and on natural reflexes. There is only one rule in Krav Maga: use everything you've got. Krav Maga's emphasis is on simple movements, allowing peopleof all ages and fitness levels to learn real self defense.
